"Y-you can't be serious..."

Cael winced as he heard the voice of the Maractus in front of him looking away from her.

Seeing the Charmeleon was uncomfortable Spike sighed and took over the explanation. "I'm really sorry mam, but we were told to come and inform you of the situation. With the mortgage on your home being unpaid for too long those in charge have stated you can no longer stay in your home."

The Maractus, now in tears, looked at down at Spike before turning her head towards the much louder discussion going on behind them. Her husband, a Nuzleaf, was currently arguing with Taislla and Eva.

"It's your own damn fault for gambling away so much money!"

"I'm gonna win it all back! And more!"

"You shoulda focused on making money a less risky way! Now you've screwed over your whole family and you're gonna have to deal with it!"

"You have half a day to grab what you can, but anything left in that house overnight won't belong to you anymore. So stop arguing, more your lazy ass and start packing up!"

The Maractus turned back to Cael and Spike, looking at each in turn as her body began to shake. "W-What will we do now though? We have two children a-and an egg to take care of!"

Cael and Spike looked at each other in turn before Cael looked to the devastated mon in front of him. "Well, you're husband does have a problem that needs to be addressed, and I don't have the proper knowledge to know what's best for that situation. But maybe leaving the city will help, since there are so many gambling temptations. Maybe travel out West and find a job there. I know it's a long way off, but past Tao there is Sappling Village. It's peaceful, a good place to raise kids, welcoming to grass types and I'm sure you could fine work to get a basic income."

The Maractus was silent for a moment, thinking it over. Finally she took in a deep breath before wiping away her tears and nodding. "I guess we can't stay here anyways with our home gone. T-Thank you, I might take you up on the suggestion. If you'll excuse us, we need to go pack."

With that she turned, walking over to her husband and leading him away from Taislla.

Cael sighed softly and shook his head, looking down at Spike. "That, was not a rewarding job."

Spike tried to give the larger mon a supportive smile before walking over towards Taislla and Eva, "I know, hopefully the next is better."

Owch, this mission was a bit hard for Cael and Spike huh? I guess telling a family they are homeless is never easy, but at least they tried to be helpful as well. Taislla and Eva on the other hand... they just seem good at arguing.
