Redesign Time . Neykali

Okay, I'm 100% sure most of my followers won't recognize this character, cause shit is she ever old. Like, old as in I haven't drawn her since 2008 and any of my art of her before is lost in the depths known as my DA account. But for the last while I've been really wanting to redesign some of my older characters. So this'll probably be the first of many that I do in my spare time as a break from pokemon.
